Documents required (supporting papers)
Below are the supporting documents usually required to take out a loan or credit with Credit 24. If you have any further questions, please get in touch with us.
When should I send my documents to Credit 24?
Supporting documents do not have to be sent when the credit application is submitted, only once the application has been accepted, by email or electronically. However, where a specific piece of information needs checking before the loan can be approved, our advisers may ask you to send documents while your application is being reviewed.

I have an appointment to sign my credit agreement at the Credit 24 office. Why must I bring my original documents?
Even though the information in each credit application has been checked against the documents you send us by email or electronically, our role is to make the credit transaction secure for the client and for the lender alike. We therefore have a legal obligation to check your original documents when the agreement is signed. That is why no copy of an original document is accepted.
